Next year's projected top 10 college football teams:
1. Georgia. The Dawgs closed '07 strong and return much, including QB Stafford and RB Moreno.
2. Southern Cal. Lose QB Booty, which means more of RB McKnight to go with that rugged "D.”
3. Florida. QB Tebow and the offense thrill, but the leaky defense must improve.
4. Ohio State . Buckeyes were actually built to be great in '08.
