Finley, a tight end, wrapped up his career with 62 receptions for 775 yards and 10 touchdowns.

This season, Hartley was good on 13-of-15 field goal attempts. Over the final two years of his career, he made 32-of-35.

Patrick, a running back, finished with a team-high 1,009 rushing yards to mark the fourth straight season that the Sooners produced a 1,000-yard rusher.

Walker, a cornerback, started all 14 games this year and finished with 47 tackles and two pass break-ups.

The game will be played Jan. 19 at the University of Houston’s Robertson Stadium. Kickoff is 6 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN.

for your sake j3lly, I certainly hope your guys never lose to OSU again....that would leave you NOTHING to fall back on.....Why is it that ANY team that loses in a bowl gets anything more than expenses? It should be "Winner takes all"...now THERE would be the motivation.

Even with the loss at the Fiasco Bowl. OU still brought in more cash for the Big XII then the "Hillbillies" Bowl (Cowboys vs. Hoosiers).

what does the "S" stands for? Is it for Sourgrapes or is it "Sh*thead"? What a moron! Just have to rain on someone else's parade? How many players from your "S"h*tty team is being selected? Zero!

S, from Norman, let me count the ways to prove you wrong. 1) Roughly 5 players per year drafted into the NFL under Stoops' regime (One of which, you may have heard, won the Rookie of the Year Award), with a high of 10 drafted in the '05 draft 2) Maybe you've noticed that big and blindingly shiny object on Stoops' finger? I'll give you a couple of hints as to what it is: it's not his wedding ring and he, along with Venables, had to win the biggest game on the biggest stage to earn the right to wear it 3) According to most reputable sources (Rivals, Scout, Sporting News, ESPN, etc., etc., etc.), Stoops' recruiting classes continually account for multiple "Blue-Chip" athletes (which I'm sure you could careless about since you think those so-called expert talent evaluators for NFL teams are all wrong). Is that enough? Did you have your shirt and shoes on for that one?

Maybe next year....just maybe....the Sooners could go 6-6 and make it to the Insight Bowl! Now THAT would be most excellent. Forget those BCS bowls, you know...those bowls that only the elite teams in the nation get to play in. *tongue in cheek*

So S, who is your team? Will you even say? You probably won't since you are too chicken to even use your name.

OU Players are just hype and more hype. They can't win the big games just like their head-coach and coordinators. OU Football is driven by media hype, especially, The Oklahoma and News 9.
Sub-par team post season.

The OU team may have not won the Fiesta Bowl, but this is certainly a time to shine! The Shriners do wonderful things within their organization to help raise money for the Shrine Hospitals. I'd like to think of it as a kind of redemption! Go OU and go Shriners!

Thank God they aren't going to the Senior BOWL.
