TULSA Police arrest convicted robber Police arrested a convicted bank robber Thursday morning after surveillance teams spotted the man getting into a vehicle.

Earl Smith , 55, was arrested on a warrant for the robbery of the Bank of America on S Boulder Avenue, police said.

Smith was arrested about 9 a.m. after police received a tip.
