Anthony Street, 38, will go before a Kay County judge this afternoon. Street was arrested on Jan. 12 about 11 a.m. after the Blackwell Police Department received an anonymous complaint that a man was selling narcotic drugs from a room at the Best Western in Blackwell, said Dewayne Wood, deputy chief of police.

Street gave an officer permission to search his room. Inside officers found 1.75 grams of methamphetamine, 1 gram of cocaine and an undisclosed amount of marijuana. Officers also said they found a glass pipe in the room.

Street is expected to go before a judge at 1 p.m. today. He could face three charges of possession with intent to distribute.
