Green Olive Caesar Dip

Makes 3½ cups

1 package (5 ounces) fancy parmesan shredded cheese, divided

¼ cup cilantro, chopped; reserve small amount for garnish

2 cups mayonnaise

1 cup pitted green salad olives with pimientos, rinsed

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

¾ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon sugar
