Plan gives anti-gang ‘recipe'
Communities wanting to develop programs to deal with the growing problem of gangs should follow the methods of the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs , a state group agreed Wednesday.
The agency's program targets juveniles at the highest risk of gang involvement, such as those formerly held in custody, juveniles living in at-risk neighborhoods and former gang members.
