Ronnie Kaye honored for 50 years in broadcasting

Ronnie Kaye 's melodic voice has been heard across much of the country on powerful radio stations WKY and KOMA. Turns out, it's even been heard around the world.

Longtime KOMA fan Joe "Sargeā€ Nelson reminisced about hearing Kaye's voice while on combat duty as a Navy SEAL in Vietnam in 1969. On a slow day, Nelson said, a fellow soldier offered to turn on his shortwave radio, strictly prohibited in war zones...
