If I wrote sports, you wouldn't like it probably because I wouldn't feed you the pablum you and your OU peers demand, expect and receive in large doses.
Manny, if you haven't by now, you'll never notice the difference between real sportswriters and these local, kowtowing, Swooner hacks.
maybe you could get a job as a sports writer for
the Oklahoman and then all the problems of "stikin',
poorly written, badly researched and overtly biased
biased yellow journalism" would be solved.
This fan-on-fan mudslinging won't keep the previously mentioned Three Stooges from continuing their below average attempt at "journalism", but it increases the chances that we non-Swooner fans will find something interesting in this sports page.
That's why I enjoy reading the Tulsa World so much more.
What's amazing is that the World has a Tramel and he IS professional.
