NBA All-Star reserves to be announced: If there's any doubt that New Orleans Hornets guard Chris Paul will be named to the All-Star Game, it will be answered at 6 tonight when TNT announces reserves for the Feb. 17 game in New Orleans. Paul is averaging 20.6 points and 10.7 assists a game for the Hornets (32-13), who have second best record in the Western Conference.

Vitale to return Wednesday: Longtime ESPN basketball analyst Dick Vitale will return to the air at 8 p.m. Wednesday with the Duke at North Carolina game. Vitale, who last called a game Dec. 4, had vocal cord surgery Dec. 18. He will work the telecast with Mike Patrick and Stacey Dales.

Sports Animal scores high in ratings: The Sports Animal Radio Network ranked No. 1 in men ages 25 to 54 in morning drive with "The Morning Animals” and afternoon drive with Jim Traber and Al Eschbach in the fall Arbitron ratings book. In afternoon drive, the Sports Animal had an 8.9 share.

•National signing day coverage: While Tuesday will be "Super Tuesday” in the presidential campaign, ESPNU (Cox 253) will have extensive coverage of "Super Wednesday,” national signing day, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. It will be highlighted by player announcements and highlights of top recruits.
