Woodward sheriff seeks aid from a psychic
WOODWARD — Logan Tucker was Woodward County Sheriff Les Morton 's first child murder case.
Morton successfully closed it last year when the 6-year-old boy's mother, Katherine Rutan , was convicted of first-degree murder, although Logan's body wasn't found. His mother is serving a life sentence.
Still, Morton can't let the case go.
