NBA commissioner says Seattle recently turned down a $30 million lease buyout
NEW ORLEANS — Seattle turned down a $30 million lease buyout offer from the Sonics' Oklahoma City -based ownership group two days ago, but that won't stop the team from leaving, NBA commissioner David Stern said Saturday.
