Legislation would prohibit driver's license scan

Some tobacco companies are scanning people's driver's licenses as part of a marketing tool, a state senator from Lawton said Monday.

Sen. Randy Bass said it's not illegal, but he has legislation that would prohibit tobacco companies or any other business from scanning an Oklahoman's driver's license.
