Rules committee to hear 3 new measures
Various bills — including a "no gifts” from lobbyist list for lawmakers, changes designed to improve the initiative petition process and term limits for all statewide elected officials — advanced Wednesday to a House committee.
The House subcommittee on elections and redistricting passed the bills. All will be next heard by the House Rules Committee .
