Candidates for Ward 2 seat explain their priorities for Norman
NORMAN — Three candidates are competing to represent Ward 2 on the Norman City Council.
Tom Kovach , Chebon Marshall and Michael McKee are in the running to succeed Councilman Richard Stawicki , who is not seeking re-election.
The election is Tuesday, although early absentee voting will be available 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Monday at the Cleveland County Election Board , 122 S Peters Ave.
