She was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from her car, the patrol said. She was transported to an Okeene hospital and then transferred to an Oklahoma City hospital, where she died.
•Phillip W. Briggs, 71, Vinita
Briggs died when his compact car collided head-on with a pickup west of Wyandotte about 4:40 p.m. Saturday on U.S. 60, the patrol said.
Troopers said Bob Ray Hamilton, 80, was eastbound in his pickup when he went left of center for an unknown reason and struck Briggs' car. Hamilton was driven to a Miami hospital in fair condition.
Briggs' passenger and wife, Lula Briggs, 71, was flown to a Missouri hospital in stable condition, the patrol said.
All three were wearing seat belts.
