BEST BETS
•"Big Cat Diary,” 8 p.m., Animal Planet. A short new season of this series ratchets up the cute — and the suspense — with the introduction of Toto, an adorable cheetah cub. Can his mother keep him safe from the hazards of Kenya's Masai Mara? Also featured this season are Notch, an alpha lion facing a challenge to his rule, and Chui, a young adult male leopard who's in no hurry to leave the nest. The next season is scheduled to premiere March 26.

WORTH A LOOK
•"Osmonds 50th Anniversary Reunion,” 7 p.m., OETA-13. This concert special recorded live in Las Vegas reunites all seven Osmond performers. Donny and Marie perform duets of their hits; Jimmy sings "Long Haired Lover From Liverpool”; and the entire family performs a medley.
•"American Drug War: The Last White Hope,” 8 p.m., SHOW. You may not agree with filmmaker Kevin Booth's stand on the war on drugs, but his 2007 documentary will definitely give you a few things to think about. Law enforcement officials, politicians and judges weigh in along with gangbangers and kingpins, including the man considered to have started the crack epidemic. Booth notes that he lost four loved ones to legal substances and makes some interesting points about legal versus illegal drugs.
•"Ghost Hunters,” 8 p.m., SCI FI. In the fourth-season premiere, the team investigates Fort Mifflin in Philadelphia, once the site of bloody battles in the Revolutionary War and Civil War. During their hunt, Jason and Grant experience a bizarre series of events.
•"CSI: NY,” 9 p.m., KWTV-9. In "Commuted Sentences,” the stabbing of a man found in front of an apartment building turns out to be connected to the shooting of a woman across town that Danny, Lindsay and Hawkes are investigating.
•"High School Reunion,” 9 p.m., TV Land. Graduates of a Texas high school reunite in Hawaii, where the lush, tropical surroundings could have a definite effect on some people's efforts to make good on the crushes they had long ago. Others seek revenge against those who made their teen years tough.
