Tulsa officer quits amid gun inquiry
TULSA — A Tulsa police officer who was suspended without pay after being charged in federal court with possession or sale of stolen guns and ammunition has resigned.
Tulsa Police Department officials said Buddy Visser submitted his letter of resignation on Thursday.
