Teen charged in vehicle incident
BETHANY — A 14-year-old boy has been charged with reckless driving in connection with an accident that left another teen injured.
Matthew Maclay , 14, of Edmond was sitting in the driver's seat of a church van Feb. 27 at NW 42 and College Avenue when he pulled forward and ran over a boy, according to a police report.
