LINDSAY — A 19-year-old Comanche resident was killed early today when his vehicle struck a tree and caught fire, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol . Troopers said Andrew Lee Perkins was southbound on State Highway 76 eight miles south of Lindsay when his vehicle ran off the left side of the road, striking the tree.
