Since OU needs the most help at point guard, I would probably go with either Holmes or Franks, though I'd imagine upon reading this that Bradford would challenge either to a one-on-one game and probably win.

Will any of the backup quarterbacks redshirt this year? — Jason, Oklahoma City

Both sophomore Keith Nichol and freshman Landry Jones are candidates to redshirt this year, thanks to the presence of senior Joey Halzle, who could fill in at quarterback if something were to happen to Bradford. OU could redshirt Nichol this year and Jones in 2009, or perhaps the other way around. But the most likely scenario is Nichol redshirting this season.
