An Oklahoma City shooting victim died a day after he suffered injuries, police said Monday.

Robert Eugene Adams, 25, died Sunday at OU Medical Center, Master Sgt. Gary Knight said.

About 2:40 p.m. Saturday, Adams, Maurice Maxwell, 17, and a group of people outside in the 1500 block of E Madison Street were arguing, Knight said.

Someone fired multiple gunshots, striking Adams and Maxwell, Knight said.

Maxwell is expected to recover from his injuries.

Police have not identified any suspects.
