NORMAN — With all the talk about Jeff Capel possibly leaving Oklahoma to become the head coach at South Carolina , it might seem like the action is to the Gamecocks to make their initial offer.
But don't count on that being the case.
If Capel ends up in South Carolina, it won't be because OU Athletics Director Joe Castiglione sat back and watched it happen without putting forth any effort to prevent it....
