About 7 p.m. Sunday, Mercer was driving north on U.S. 81, one mile north of Medford, when his car ran off the road and struck a concrete culvert before rolling 2½ times and landing on its top.

•Debrah Jean Justus, 57, Ralston

About 10:40 a.m. Monday, Justus was driving a car south on State Highway 99, four miles northeast of Cleveland, when the car left the road, struck a guard rail and traveled down an embankment before rolling onto its top in a creek, the patrol said.

Justus died at the scene, according to a patrol report.

She was wearing a seat belt.

About 10:55 a.m. Monday, Wyrick was westbound on U.S. 62, two miles west of Okemah, when his car ran off the right side of the road and struck a fence, the patrol said.

The patrol report states Wyrick suffered a heart attack before running off the road and was taken to the Creek Nation Hospital in Okemah where he died.

He was wearing a seat belt.
