WORTH A LOOK
•"Law & Order: Criminal Intent,” 8 p.m., KFOR-4. A threesome involving a writer, a blonde and a brunette ends in the blonde's death. When Logan and Falacci are called in to investigate, their only clue to the woman's identity is a pair of emerald earrings in "Lonelyville.”
•"Supernanny,” 8 p.m., KOCO-5. "Just wait until your father gets home.” The four Weinstein children hear that a lot, but Dad's a truck driver and is gone for days at a time. In this episode from 2006, Jo Frost steps in to help Mom learn to control her bratty brood and tame Dad's disciplinary style, which intimidates but isn't effective.
•"Criminal Minds,” 8 p.m., KWTV-9. In this episode, the profilers are trying to identify the perpetrator of a series of murders in rural Virginia. The investigation takes a bizarre turn when they discover a connection to a similar string of killings in the same town 20 years earlier.
•"CSI: NY,” 9 p.m., KWTV-9. You don't have to be familiar with the online virtual world "Second Life” to enjoy this episode; in fact, you'll feel a lot like Mac, who doesn't know "Second Life” but has to learn fast to track down the killer of two people who were seriously into it. Fortunately, he has Net-savvy Adam to help him navigate the unfamiliar territory in "Down the Rabbit Hole.”
•"Eight Below,” 9 p.m., USA. Parents, be warned: There are disturbing and graphic scenes of survival. But if you can stomach them, this 2006 tale of a man (Paul Walker) separated from his sled dogs during a terrible snowstorm is great. While the canines are trying to live through bitter temperatures and starvation, their owner desperately attempts to get back to them.
