This is the first time the casino has hosted a mixed martial arts cage event.

The main event features former Ultimate Fighting and NCAA champion Mark Kerr taking on Chuck Huus. The other featured bout has Ultimate Fighter 4 finale contestant Edwin Dewees taking on Oklahoma City's Wayne Cole.

Also on the card is former Central Oklahoma wrestler Brandon Shelton. The 145-pound champion grapples with Brittish Pena in one of seven Oklahoma vs. Kansas contests. Shelton is 16-1 and has made one successful defense of his C3 Fights title.

Lawton fighter added to Remington Park card: Super middleweight George Tahdooahnippah has been added to Tuesday night's boxing event at Remington Park.

Known as "The Comanche Kid,” the Lawton native is 9-0 with eight knockouts. Also participating on the card is former St. Gregory's point guard Noah Zuhdi and Oklahoma City resident Kyle Sherman.

Zuhdi is coming off his professional debut, a first-round knockout back in November. Sherman enters 6-1-1 and has fought in more than 100 amateur contests.

The card is being promoted by CatBOX Entertainment.
