Holder is at the beginning of his first men's basketball coaching search as Sean Sutton stepped down on Tuesday. Holder said in the news conference announcing Sutton's resignation that he had not yet spoken to any coaches, athletic directors, agents or search firms and that he wasn't yet sure exactly how the search would proceed.
"This is going to be a team effort,” Holder said. "I don't know who is going to be on the advance team to do the reconnaissance or surveillance or identify candidates or actually go interview them, but we have great people in our institution. We have great leadership, and I'm sure that we will come up with a good plan and work with that.”

I would hope he is there considering that is where every D-I coach is at this weekend. They hold their coaches meetings during the Final Four.
