BEST BETS
"Secret Talents of the Stars,” 9 p.m., KWTV-9.

George Takei sings country songs, Joe Frazier croons R&B, Ric Flair dances, and Clint Black tells jokes in this new competitive reality show in which celebs known for one skill show us what else they can do, with viewer votes picking the winners. Several channel their inner circus performers, and members of circus troupes stop by to accompany their forays into trapeze swinging, contorting and unicycling.

"Independent Lens,” 10 p.m., OETA-13. He may not be a household name, but anyone who's seen him dance will remember Jock Soto. The new documentary "Water Flowing Together” is a fascinating, profile of the half-Navajo, half-Puerto Rican dancer who joined the New York City Ballet as a teen and retired at 40 after a long career.

WORTH A LOOK
"NCIS,” 7 p.m., KWTV-9. Gibbs and the team are on the case when a high-tech piece of radar equipment disappears. While staking out a warehouse in hopes of catching the thief, they witness a homicide. Also, Ducky has a secret in the new episode "Stakeout.”

"Beauty and the Geek,” 7 p.m., KOCB-34. The guys get makeovers. But can they act as hot as they look? The contestants visit the set of "The Young and the Restless” and get their acting skills evaluated by stars Michelle Stafford and Joshua Morrow, better known to fans of the soap as Phyllis and Nicholas. The stair ceremony comes with a twist.

"Reaper,” 8 p.m., KOCB-34. In this episode, Sam and Ben move into a condo with Sock, whose mom has kicked him out. The three find surrogate parents in their neighbors, a gay couple who keep them supplied with home-cooked food and drinks. Life would be perfect if not for Sam's growing suspicion about Cady's parentage in "Unseen.”

"Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” 9 p.m., KFOR-4. A woman's body is found in a park next to a man with a bullet in his head. This is one for FBI Special Agent Lauren Cooper, who suspects a serial killer known as the Woodsman, whom she's been after for years. But when the man in the park turns out to be the Woodsman, Cooper becomes a target of suspicion.

"The Greatest Silence: Rape in the Congo,” 9 p.m., HBO. While there's no perfectly safe place for an unprotected woman, the Democratic Republic of Congo is one of the worst. Caught up in the warfare around them, women and girls are raped and tortured by members of the Congolese army. Filmmaker and rape survivor Lisa F. Jackson travels to the Congo and talks to survivors, medical professionals — who often feel helpless — and soldiers who don't feel any remorse for their actions.
