WebManage Pro is its content management system that allows customers to easily manage their Web sites. MobiManage is the content management system developed specifically for managing mobile sites.
•Background: Bluefrog Interactive entered the world officially as Interactive Web Solutions LLC, but founders Jeff Beasley and Seth Spillman wanted a name that didn't brand it just as a Web designer.
"We kicked around a lot of different ideas for names over the course of a week, but nothing stuck,” Spillman said. "During this time we had a meeting with a design group here in Tulsa called More Branding, and Jeff and I happened to compliment them on a logo for a company called ‘Bluefrog' they had featured on their Web site. They told us that they had developed it for a company that actually ended up choosing a different name and that it was available for us if we wanted it. "Jeff and I ran the name through our criteria list and it met all requirements, so we made the decision.”
Bluefrog was started in a partnership with Beasley and Spillman in June 2007.
A third partner, Justin Christian, joined as development director shortly after the company was created. Beasley brought a small group of clients with him from a previous company he had started.
"We have steadily added to that (client) list ever since,” Spillman said. "Our services are fairly broad and include everything from content management system integration and custom eCommerce applications for the Tulsa Zoo to an asset tracking software application that we are developing for Union Pacific in conjunction with our client Open Tundra.” Other custom software developed by the company included a project for Real Time Rehab that includes both high quality video and printed materials that instruct patients on how to perform exercises at home.
Nonprofit clients include the Tulsa Community Foundations, as well as Iron Gate, a nonprofit organization housed in Trinity Episcopal Church in Tulsa that provides food for the hungry every morning, 365 days a year.
