STILLWATEROklahoma State athletic director Mike Holder has interviewed Massachusetts coach Travis Ford, a source has confirmed.

Holder is looking to replace Sean Sutton as the Cowboys' men's basketball coach. Sutton resigned April 1.

Ford, the former Kentucky star, coached the Minutemen to a runner-up finish in the NIT this past season after winning the Atlantic 10 title in 2007.

Holder also interviewed Southern Illinois coach Mike Lowery, who turned down the Cowboys.

Hey John, Division 1 college golf is a team sport. I could spend my whole life correcting you Texans.

Don't worry Holder, if John from Austin is calling you stupid...keep in mind he's a substitute who likes to check out the teenagers. In fact he's probably got his own under age polygamy sect/scene going on.

John from Austin is right...he's as retarded as Mike Holder. FYI-John...they hyperbole missed its mark.

Mike Holder looks more and more stupid with every passing day. I didn't think it was possible, seeing as how he's a spoiled country-club golf snob who clearly knows a great deal about team sports, and how teams work together, and how vital coaches are to college TEAMS. Oh, wait...what's that? Golf is an INDIVIDUAL sport? Mike Holder has no background in team sports? And what's that? Travis Ford has a worse overall Div. I record than Sean Sutton? Anyone else buying into this B.S. that Sutton's firing wasn't personal? If so, you're as retarded as Mike Holder. And that's saying a lot...
