State Fair Speedway officials will be collecting birthday cards tonight for 12-year-old Harli White . White was severely burned when her mini sprint car went up in flames and she was trapped inside at I-44 Speedway on April 5.
She is currently being treated for third degree burns at Shriners Burn Hospital for Children in Galveston , Texas . Cards can be dropped off in the Speedway office. Wh...
