You've been rotating in and out during scrimmages frequently. Why is that and how's it going?

It's going pretty good. Me and (Jonathan) Rush are rotating in and out to see who's going to get that starting spot in the spring.

How is the competition going so far?

I think I'm doing alright. I just got to work on the small stuff.

What kind of small stuff?

Technique. Head in the right spot. Feet in the right spot.

You're from Paris, Texas. I've never been there. Do you have an Eiffel Tower?

Yes, ma'am. With a cowboy hat on the top. It's not really that big, but it's an Eiffel Tower. It's big enough.

Do you have any interest in going to Paris, France?

No, ma'am. Not right now. I guess I'm just too focused on football.

Tell me about your family back in Paris.

I got two younger brothers. One just turned 18 and one just turned 16.

Are they athletes, too?

Yeah. I got one brother that played linebacker, he's a sophomore in high school. And my other brother he's at junior college, a wide receiver.

Are you going to recruit them to Oklahoma State?

I hope so. I'll try.
