Sophomore tailback Kendall Hunter is listed at 5-foot-8, 190 pounds. Coach Mike Gundy was asked if Hunter grew during the off-season.

"Maybe he's gone from 5-5 to 5-6,” Gundy said. ‘I'm just kidding. He's still very short. But we like short running backs. What he's done is he's gained about nine pounds. Being with coach (Rob) Glass, that's going to happen.
"Spud will develop more this summer. I'm expecting him the next 18 months to look a lot more like (Dantrell) Savage who was really muscled up.”
•Price is right: Defensive end Jeremiah Price, one of seven junior college transfers who participated in spring drills, isn't listed on the two-deep. Price, though, will play a lot.
Price, who played at Jones County (Miss.) Junior College, will be part of a five-end rotation with Derek Burton, Ugo Chinasa, Richetti Jones and Jamie Blatnick,
"(Price) had a good spring,” Gundy said. "Once he develops in the weight room, and he understands what we're trying do on defense, I think he'll be a decent pass rusher.”
•To be determined: Several second-team players like defensive tackle Swanson Miller and safety Lucien Antoine will push for starting jobs during two-a-days. Left guard is one position definitely up in the air heading into two-a-days.
During spring practices, redshirt freshman Jonathan Rush and sophomore Michael Booker both took snaps at left guard with the first team offense. Coaches could also move Andrew Lewis back to left guard if David Washington re-emerges at center.
"I have no idea what coach (Joe) Wickline will do,” Gundy said, "but Jonathan Rush and Michael Booker both made strides.”
