Bob and Judy Hand look forward to the food at the annual Festival of the Arts. In fact, they bring their own utensils.
"I learned to bring my own fork because one year I finished my food and had just three prongs on my plastic fork,” Bob Hand said. "The food was so good I didn't notice where the other prong went.”
