HBO tops Sports Emmys: HBO led the way at the Sports Emmy Awards on Monday night with eight awards, including two Emmys each for documentary "Brooklyn Dodgers: The Ghosts of Flatbush” and boxing series "Mayweather/Hatton 24/7.” Fox was next with five, followed by ESPN with four, including one for "College GameDay.” CBS, NBC, TNT and espn.com had three each.

Spring football tour begins: FSN Southwest kicks off its spring football tour with Texas at 10 p.m. Sunday. The tour includes half-hour segments, including spring game highlights, on all Big 12 teams and LSU. Oklahoma State's segment debuts at 7 p.m. May 14, with Oklahoma at 7 p.m. May 15.

Billick joins Fox as game analyst: Fox has hired former Baltimore Ravens coach Brian Billick as a game analyst. In nine seasons as Ravens coach, he produced an 80-64 record including a 5-3 playoff mark.

•NBA playoff ratings up: ABC's NBA playoffs ratings are up 27 percent from last year with a 3.3 average. ESPN and TNT are up 20 percent each, with 2.4 and 2.1 averages, respectively.
