Election filing period begins; Republican Reynolds first in line

For the third time in a row, state Rep. Mike Reynolds was the first to file for office at the state Capitol.

Reynolds, R- Oklahoma City , arrived about noon Sunday at the Capitol to ensure he would be first in line once filing for state offices began at 8 a.m. today.
