Thunderstorms across most of Oklahoma will continue through mid-afternoon.
Storms will move east. Still, the area of storms will gradually shift south from western and northern Oklahoma into central and southern Oklahoma, according to the National Weather Service. Some areas of northern and western Oklahoma have had several rounds of heavy rain, causing flooding. Additional flooding will be possible this morning as the storms continue east and build south.
Two roads in Yukon have been closed to traffic due to heavy rain, city spokeswoman Klare Ly said.
State Highway 4 between Ash Road and Wagner Road is closed and Wagner Road between Sky Trail and Mustang Road is closed.
Officials are also watching 11th Street in Yukon as there is some water on the roadway, Ly said Monday morning. The street may need to be closed if water continues to rise in the afternoon, Ly said.
Forecasters said rain chances will linger into Tuesday before the front moves out of the state.
Today will be partly to mostly cloudy with highs in the mid-70s to upper 80s.
Skies will be mostly cloudy in eastern Oklahoma tonight with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Conditions will be clear to partly cloudy in western Oklahoma with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms tonight.
Conditions will be cooler and dense fog will shroud some areas. Lows will range from the mid-50s to the upper 60s.
There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday in southeastern Oklahoma. Skies will be partly cloudy and there will be areas of fog Tuesday morning in eastern Oklahoma. Highs will range from the lower 80s to the lower 90s.

• Today: Highs in the mid-70s. Northerly winds up to 10 mph. Occasional rain and thunderstorms with local heavy rain possible.
• Tonight: Mostly clear. Lows in the lower 60s. Easterly winds about 10 mph before becoming light and variable. Twenty percent chance of thunderstorms.
• Tuesday: Mostly sunny. Highs in the upper 80s. Southeasterly winds 10 to 15 mph.
• Tuesday night: Partly cloudy. Lows in the lower 70s. Southerly winds 15 to 20 mph.
