Notebook: 'Inside the NFL' moving to Showtime; Morgan to be featured on 'In My Own Words'

RedHawks game on FSN: FSN Southwest will air the Oklahoma RedHawks at Round Rock Express game at 7 p.m. Monday. It's part of an 11-game package the network has with Ryan Sanders Baseball, owners of the Houston Astros' Triple-A Round Rock Express and Double-A Corpus Christi Hooks. Larry Dierker, a former Astros manager and pitcher, will be a commentator.

"Inside the NFL” lives: Canceled by HBO, "Inside the NFL” will begin airing at 8 p.m. Wednesdays on Showtime in September. Host James Brown will be joined by analysts Phil Simms and Cris Collinsworth.

Bo vs. The Boz: As part of its classic game series, the NFL Network (Cox 252) at 7 p.m. Monday will replay the Los Angeles Raiders' 37-14 victory over the Seattle Seahawks in 1987. Bo Jackson rushed for 221 yards to lead the Raiders, including a touchdown in which he runs over Brian Bosworth, the former OU star, through the end zone and into the tunnel.

Short takes: "The Oklahoma Sports Blitz,” 10:20 p.m. Sunday on KWTV-9, will include interviews with Sonics players Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. Sports director Dean Blevins interviewed the players during a trip to the Orlando, Fla., summer league. ... HBO's "Costas Now” presents a live edition, devoted to baseball, at 8 p.m. Wednesday. ... Texas Rangers public address announcer Chuck Morgan is featured in FSN Southwest's "In My Own Words” at 10 p.m. Sunday. ... Beginning Wednesday, FSN Southwest will move to DirecTV channel 676 and its alternate feed moves to 677.
