On the other hand, Ron Cunningham of Edmond said he hasn't given today's election much thought.

"It's been a while since I last voted,” he said. Cunningham, like many voters who have moved since the last election, said he's not registered in his new precinct.

Patti Cunningham was quick to answer a question about her intention to vote in the primary. "No. I haven't voted since casinos were on the ballot,” she said.

There is a Republican primary pitting former Oklahoma County Commissioner Stan Inman of Edmond against current County Clerk Carolynn Caudill. No Democrats are running for the clerk's office. Another GOP race features state Rep. Rob Johnson of Kingfisher against Dana Murphy of Edmond for the Corporation Commission.
