What to watch

•Pro football: The NFL preseason begins with the Hall of Fame Game, Indianapolis vs. Washington, at 7 p.m. Sunday on KFOR-4. ESPN will present live coverage of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2008 induction ceremony at 5 p.m. Saturday. This year's class includes Fred Dean, Darrell Green, Art Monk, Emmitt Thomas, Andre Tippett and Gary Zimmerman.

•Basketball: Get up early or stay up late to watch the U.S. Olympic team in its final tune-ups for the Beijing Games with three games on ESPN2 and ESPN 360. The U.S. team faces Lithuania at 7 a.m. today, Russia at 2 a.m. Sunday and Australia at 7 a.m. Tuesday.

•Golf: The Broadmoor East Course in Colorado Springs, Colo., hosts the U.S. Senior Open, noon to 4 p.m. today on ESPN, 2-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday on KFOR-4.

•Baseball: The Los Angeles Angels, including new first baseman Mark Teixeira, play at the New York Yankees, 2:30 p.m. Saturday, KOKH-25, and noon Sunday, TBS. St. Louis hosts Philadelphia, 7 tonight, 6 p.m. Saturday on Cox 7 and 7 p.m. Sunday, ESPN.

•Auto racing: After a boring Allstate 400 at the Brickyard, ESPN's second Sprint Cup telecast will be the Pennsylvania 500 at noon Sunday.
