Oklahoma City NBA team's preseason schedule announced

Oklahoma City will make its home debut on Tuesday, Oct. 14 in a preseason game against the Los Angeles Clippers, the team announced today.

It will be the only preseason game played at the Ford Center.

The team will open its preseason schedule on the road on Wednesday, Oct. 8 against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The location of the game has not yet been announced by the Wolves. OKC will then play back-to-back road games against Sacramento and Golden State on Friday, Oct. 10 and Saturday, Oct. 11.

The team will play the Houston Rockets at the BOK Center in Tulsa on Monday, Oct. 13 in a game in which Oklahoma City will be considered the road team.

The preseason schedule ends with back-to-back road games against the Phoenix Suns on Thursday, Oct. 23 and the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday, Oct. 24. The game against the Lakers is scheduled to be played inside Citizens Business Park Arena in Ontario, Calif.

Oklahoma City opens the regular season at home on Wednesday, Oct. 29 against the Milwaukee Bucks.
