Coburn's speech at the Republican National Convention gets bumped
ST PAUL, Minn – Hurricane Gustav has blown U.S. Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Muskogee , off tonight’s speaking schedule of the Republican National Convention .
For the second night in a row, an Oklahoman scheduled to speak at the national convention will be scratched as a result of the convention’s schedule being rearranged to focus attention on the hurricane that ripped through Louisiana on Monday.
