Duncan attorney charged with embezzling money found dead
LAKE TEXOMA — A Duncan attorney who has charged with embezzling money from a trust fund has been found dead.
Investigators said that Charles Barnes was found this morning near Washita Point. He had a single gunshot wound to the head, said Jessica Brown , spokeswoman for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation .
