•To the laptop spotted in the Notre Dame coaching box Saturday at Michigan State. That's a no-no and makes you wonder what else Charlie Weis learned from his days with the cut-corners Patriots.
•To the hand-wringing over possible BCS scenarios in December. The BCS usually blows up after Thanksgiving, and we're worried about what-ifs before the first game of autumn?
