→Location: Waco, Texas

→Mascot: Bears

→Record: 3-3, 1-1 Big 12

→Last game: Beat Iowa State 38-10. It was the Bears’ first Big 12 win in two years.

→Best players: Freshman Robert Griffin is an impressive dual-threat quarterback who makes the Bears more dangerous than they’ve been in years. He averages 70 yards a game on the ground and 185 yards passing in Baylor’s first six games.

→Why they could win: Oklahoma State is coming off a huge win over Missouri and has a date with No. 1 Texas looming, so there’s a chance the Cowboys could look forward or backward and past Baylor. With Griffin under center, the Bears are too talented to look past.

→Why they could lose: The Cowboys proved they’re the real deal last week, and beating OSU in Stillwater on homecoming would certainly be an upset.
