OSU notebook: No change in status of OSU-Tech game in 2009

The long-discussed proposal to make the Oklahoma State-Texas Tech game a yearly meeting in Dallas has yet to yield any results, and OSU Athletics Director Mike Holder said there has been no change in the status of the game for next year.
