Oklahoma Co. courthouse protest precedes TABOR prelim
OKLAHOMA CITY -- About a dozen protesters are gathered outside the Oklahoma County Courthouse to speak out against the prosecution of three people accused of misconduct in circulating an initiative petition.
The protesters are holding signs that read "Free the OK 3" and "Defend the First Amendment ."
A preliminary hearing is set for Tuesday for Rick Carpenter , Paul Jacob and Susan Johnson .
