Water line break closes Harding Charter Preparatory High School in Oklahoma City

Because of a water line break, administrators at Harding Charter Preparatory High School have let the students out of classes for the day.

Principal Richard Caram said city crews had to turn off the school's water to make repairs to the broken line on NW 33. Because that would mean people wouldn't have access to restrooms and the cafeteria couldn't operate, he let students out of class. Students either used cell p...
