Handing out the grades on Oklahoma State's 42-31 loss to Oregon in the Holiday Bowl on Tuesday:

Multiple big plays and touchdowns by Oregon came after missed tackles by the Cowboys , who struggled all night to wrap up Duck QB Jeremiah Masoli . Even in the first half, when the OSU defense allowed just seven points, tackling was poor.
