Sentencing delayed in Tulsa dog sex case

TULSA — Sentencing of Donald Roy Seigfried for a crime against nature was delayed today until Jan. 26 at the request of his attorney.

Seigfried’s attorney, Jerry Truster , told District Judge William Kellough that he wanted more time to review a pre-sentence report on his client as well as the sentence given earlier to his co-defendant, Diane Sue Whalen , 55.
