Unseasonably warm temperatures are expected today and Friday before a cold front moves into the area Friday afternoon. Fire danger is likely to be elevated on Friday and possibly Saturday as gusty winds develop ahead of and behind the front, according to the National Weather Service .
Moisture should remain too limited for any precipitation through the remainder of the week.
